Stinger Editions is a university fine arts print publisher founded over twenty years ago for the purpose of professional print collaborations and production within the Print Media curriculum at Concordia University. Invited Master Printers work with visiting artists and students, who are engaged at every level of the artist/printer collaborations, from assisting with printing to curating and other advertising specialties. Through professional practices, Stinger Editions establishes a culture wherein the highest level of pedagogy thrives. Through Stinger Editions, a significant Canadian archive of fine arts prints has been produced by internationally acclaimed artists.

The limited edition hand-printed fine art prints, published by Stinger Editions, include works by Governor General Award winning artists Betty Goodwin, Genevieve Cadieux, Roland Poulin and Barbara Steinman. Other publications include internationally established artists Pascal Grandmaison, Pierre Dorion, Rober Racine, Janet Werner, Ed Pien, David Elliott, and MacArthur Foundation award-winning poet Anne Carson. The prints are distributed through Stinger Editions, and through the artist’s galleries including Galerie Simon Blais, Galerie Joyce Yahouda and Galerie Pierre-François Ouellette Art Contemporain in Montreal, the Paul Kuhn Gallery in Calgary, the Olga Korper and Robert Birch galleries in Toronto and the Tracey Lawrence Gallery in Vancouver.
